Sql Server add auto increment primary key to existing table

Create column and fill with identity values

ALTER TABLE dbo.YourTable
   ADD ID INT IDENTITY

then make it the primary key:

ALTER TABLE dbo.YourTable
   ADD CONSTRAINT PK_YourTable
   PRIMARY KEY(ID)
